LANDLORDING

We’re in for a real treat at NOVI REIA on February 10th, 2009.
Doug Schellig will speak to us about a subject that is close, and often too
close, to our hearts…..LANDLORDING.
Doug has spoken to most of the REIA groups in the area concerning the
Acquisition, Management, and Exit Strategies for apartment ownership. He has
also spoken on the Art of Negotiating.
Doug is going to concentrate on the 10 commandments of landlording. Expect to
learn something and to have some fun. We’ll share some “War Stories” as we
discuss the do’s and don'ts of this necessary profession.
A good reference work to have that Doug will frequently refer to is “Tenants
and Landlords – a Practical Guide”. You can either “google it” or type in:
